apple earbuds with microphone?

So I need a hands-free device. Aside from bluetooth, I thought I have seen a few people with what looks like the white Apple headphones in their ears, and halfway down the cables there appears to be a microphone. This must be the apple headset with mic combo. This doesn't come with the iphone right?

Has anyone used it as an alternate to a bluetooth headpiece? I really only need this for when in the car, so I am hands free AND can hear the call better with road noise (I find the iphone speaker very quiet especially with road noise on freeway) I don't have a need e to be walking around with a device plugged in my ear all day.

Came with my iPhone.

And they also sell an in-ear model for a bit more that comes with a remote and mic.

Great I must have overlooked these and didn't see the mic on the included headphones. I'll look again
