Why is this! I Was looking forward to using them, they came with my iPhone. They works fine on my iMac.. My MacBook is the mid 2007 with the Intel HD Audio. :/

Do I Have to use them as a mic on my MacBook pro Late 2007 coming in?

The port probably isn't setup for that kind of audio plug, with the remote and microphone built in. Each port is simply in, or out, not a combo port.

Aw, So Maybe the Earphones and Mic (No Remote version) would work? I Might look into it.. The mics on these headphones are surprisingly good.

I don't believe the '07 MacBook has an audio port with all of those features combined into one port, like an iPhone would. The triple conductor 3.5mm plugs are the ones with the microphone/remote lead in them, only the double conductor (two black rings on the plug) will work.

They are correct, the MacBook you have most definitely is not set up for the mic/headphone combined plug. Apple began including this with Macs when they came out with those headphones, in 2009 I believe.
