Hi, I am from Guatemala and I would like to know if Apple's educational pricing may be used even if I am from Guatemala. I will go to the US I just want to know if I am eligible. If I can use the discount, what do I need to show?

If you are buying online, nothing. if you are buying in an Apple Store, they usually just ask for proof of your being a student or teacher. You can provide a valid school ID or a recent pay stub with your name on it. That's usually good enough. My wife is a teacher and they haven't been more strict than that with us.
Are you going to school in US or Guatemala? If you are going to school in US, they don't ask for proof of citizenship in order to buy their products so your US student ID should be good.
If you have a Guatemala student ID, I can't imagine anyone but Apple knowing for sure what their official policy is. That being said, they're not exactly stringent when it comes to the student discount.
Either way you should be ok.
