So, when I got my iPhone 4, it says "No SIM card" even though the SIM card was in there. I didn't want to wait until the next day to contact support, so I fixed it myself by taking an extra ATT sim card I had laying around, cutting it to size, and activating. However, somehow apple knew, and sent me this today.
P.s: weird thing is that on the order page, it says "Ships August 2", not tomorrow.

Once you receive your iPhone and replacement SIM Card, remove
the defective card from your iPhone and insert the replacement.
