Apple Employee Discount 5s Availability Date?

Are there any Apple employees who have been around for previous launches and can estimate when the 5s will be available through the Apple employee discount program (the one for Apple corporate employees/call-center staff, not general employer discounts)? I'm trying to decide between waiting for that or doing an AT&T "early upgrade" this Friday since the up-front cost is about the same.

Obviously not extending my contract would be preferred, but there's no telling when they will be available through that portal. The 5c is already available, so I assume it is just a supply issue, and the 5s supply seems to be slowly catching up as apple-tracker.com shows in-stock longer and longer each day.

There is no discount to iPhone or Apple TV even to Apple employees.
