Apple ERS replacement's scratch free?

Hi

I have an iphone with one fault on it not to bothersome (compass issue) but its pretty marked up!

If I used apples advanced replacment service is the phones they send box fresh condition no scratches or scuffs?

I know they are referbs but surely for users who looked after the phones (scratchless) I doubt apple would send a scratched one out?

This the case?

I think they put a new screen and back case on it, so it will appear scratch free.
