Apple Event for September 9th confirmed! (again)

Near where I live, an Apple store is opening up in our local Mall (Maine Mall http://www.mainemall.com/html/index20.asp ) and while they do not say the specific date on their website, I have spoken to many mall employees and all of them said it would be opening Spetember 9th... That just happens to be the same day that some people think the apple even will happen ( https://www.macrumors.com/2008/08/25/apple-event-for-september-9th/ ).

Coincidence? I think not!

yeah, apple is going to link a media event to a little apple store in a mall in the middle of nowhere. outside boston they didn't even make a big thing of the opening of the boston flagship store. coincidence, nothing more.

NHL '09 is release on Sept. 9th so I think that confirms that there will be an Apple event on the same day.
