Apple exchange policy

I wanted to get the ATT iPad today but they ran out of stock and so I got Verizon's. I have opened and played with the iPad now and wanted to know whether it is possible for me to have this exchanged with an ATT within the next 14 days without any penalty on me?

I'm in the same boat. I have the original ATT Unlimited/$30 a month plan from my first iPad... but the Apple store sold out of the ATT ones. Yes, I should have waited, but after waiting in line all day with my son, I couldn't resist.

Wait- Does this mean if I bought at Verizon, I can exchange it (i.e.- return it.) without the $70 Verizon restocking fee?

They were out of the 32GB wifi+3G AT&T so I went with the 64GB. I'll be able to exchange it for a 32GB once they get more in stock right?

Is it a 14 day return policy or is it extended at all? Guess I can check out the apple website too.
