What is apples policy. For returns on upgrades?
Example:I buy a MacBook Pro 2 weeks from now a new one comes out. What is the exchange policy? What is the longest gap between purchase?

Depends on how well you sweet talk the employee. If you do not open the box within the 14-day return policy I bet you can exchange it say this update comes within two weeks of your purchase.

I bought an imac and then 21 days later they bumped the speed and dropped the price $300. It took me about 5 phone calls, but I finally pissed and moaned untill I got $300 back.

It takes getting the right person on the phone or calling the store that has a manager that will honor it.
