Apple exchanged my iPhone, How do I activate it?

I just got back from the Apple store with a new iphone to replace my broken one that I got last Friday. The gy there said that when I plug it in iTunes would say something like "Replace your existing iPhone with this iPhone", but I don't see it (the nearest I see is "Replace a phone on my account with this iPhone". Do I have to go through the entire activation process again, and if so, will it create another account? I want to make sure that it does not create yet another data plan.

EDIT: Never mind, I just picked the 1st option to replace my phone.
