It's pretty crazy how much Apple has complied within the last week to what the consumers are saying Removal of restocking fee, Verizon iPhone, option for the iPad hardware switch, etc. Jobs must be feeling pretty happy lately
Seems like standard Apple SOP to me. They're always finding ways to refine their stores and services. Things like the volume switch—decisions which clearly aren't popular—almost always get addressed in an efficient manner, but with pretty much zero communication right up until it happens.
