I just picked up my new iPad Pro 128GB at the Apple Store...I was very pleasantly surprised when I unpacked it to find that Apple finally found a way to disguise the big black cellular antenna (black bar) across the top of all other generations.

It was always something that bothered me aesthetically and this one just looks gorgeous! I will post a full review later, but so far, I am thrilled with it...stunning screen, great sound, super quick app switching...it is a very nice upgrade from my Air:)

I'm not sure that really looks any "better". I guess it would be nice to have more metal and less plastic, but it looks the same as before to me, just not two toned.

I guess everyone has their own aesthetic preferences, but I will take a very thin black line over a large black plastic bar any day of the week...in person it looks much more seamless and better integrated into the design.

I agree. Makes me a little jealous considering the god awful white bar on my gold Air 2. :p

I'm probably the only one... But I actually liked the black bar. Mind you, I do have a case on my iPad so I don't see it everyday, but when I do... I like it.

Sorry. Couldn't help but think of...

I kinda freaked out at first when I did I not see the black antenna cover but after about 30 seconds of ch caking for scratches and dent my 9.7 went in the apple case and is now hidden except for the monthly cleaning. They are not cheap but the silicone case and cover from Apple are still my favorite.
