Apple finally recovering @ 4:45pm PST?

Got my delivery order through just now, and the "processing" screens were unusually fast.

Then, I went back and tried to order again, and again was able to get a phone into my cart ready to check out.

Hopefully they're recovering now?
 
yup! just got my order in too! i had 5 tabs going at once and the second one got through. 2 minute process after all the dumb loading screens.
 
Just had the same experience. Didn't finish checking out though. I was REALLY tempted to, but I have decided to keep my ****** Blackberry Storm unlocked until the white ones are available. I don't want to buy a black iPhone and then be pissed in a month or so when the white ones come out.
 
Finally!!

Mine worked too. After 15 hours of trying off and on, it's finally over. iPhone 2010 is finally over for me....until next year....
 
Maybe I should clarify - this was for an upgrade where you have to do the phone/zip/SSN entry, lift up a prayer, and do a jig. it worked for me 2 times in a row...
 
I just got my order through 10 or 15 minutes ago. I've been celebrating. It's pathetic how much this feels like an accomplishment.
 
Yup...me too. FINALLY got in an placed an order. It was a relief to see the correct confirmation screens come up!
 
Worked for me too but now trying to do it again for another line on my family plan and no go after the select the data plan ...
 
i can finally get through to the spot that allows me to pick my data plan, but then it says it can't finish the order online and i have to reserve it at an apple store. i want it shipped to me though. has anyone else had this problem? i might just go to the apple store tomorrow morning and have them set it up to ship to me on the 24th.
 
yah andrewfrank i have the same prob ... and its not a qualification problem because it already checked that on the previous screen ... actually now it looks like its getting stuck at the att check again...
 
Same problem here. I can select a messaging plan and then after that I get a spinning wheel of death.

Yeah, I got that bogus screen too about 30 minutes ago. But, I kept trying and finally got through and completed my order for an iPhone 4 32gig. Success!!!

Only took all frak'n day.
