Hello,

I took my MacBook Pro into the Genius Bar and picked it up less than five minutes ago. I originally took it in for the shift key that fell off, Spotlight not indexing the drive, and the MacBook Pro waking up when the lid is closed.

Ok, so they replaced the key and re-installed OSX Mountain Lion, now there are new problems. First, iTunes freezes (not responding) EVERYTIME I open it. I cannot agree to the terms of service because it freezes on startup. This is setup as a new MacBook, nothing has been transferred. (It has stock settings). Next, battery life is draining way to fast than what it used to when I took it in. Just sitting at the desktop I lost 20% in about twenty minutes. What is up with this?
 
Return Genius Bar - we cannot help - bizarre problems.

Yeah, I need this computer for school though. I will demand compensation. Every Apple device I had to return from their store. Ipad had Wifi issues, iPhone had sleep wake button broken, now my MacBook Pro has problems. All hardware related.
