I thought it was hilarious (after watching the rebroadcast of the keynote) that I have counted at least 5 instances of : (drumroll): kickass.

:p

SJ, Avie, and Phil all used it at least once. Well, paying homage to Cartman this is what I think of the new G5s and Panther:

Kiickaaass!

:D

I thought it was "boom"

I watched the keynote at work this morning... I had it quite loud so various others could watch and listen at the same time. Steve Jobs said "Boom" that often it had the group in laughter!

Derek :D

I was watching at summer school (I'm working as an assistant) before class started, but the kids started coming in early and so the teacher and I were constantly trying to turn down the volume whenever he said 'kickass'... heh.

boom is my favourite but thats a steve only word and if he stops saying it then I'll be sad :)

kickass was sad by heaps of people, good to see the word spreading

I thought boom was John Madden's word. Like, "Boom, tough actin' tinactin!"

That being said, he's really old, so it will be Steve's soon enough.

yeah, Phil even says kick-ass in the official G5 featurette thingy. they must have had a meeting about that one.

You forgot to mention John "Ruby" Rubenstein... in the Power Mac G5 Introduction Video on Apple's website, they conclude the propoganda with Apple's newest unofficial slogan:

"This is one KICK ASS machine."
