I tried to spent my $100 iPhone credit for over a month and I just may have been successful, after using about 100 of my anytime minutes on 3 excruciating phone calls and too many e-mails. Every time they ended by saying everything was cleared up and it'll be shipping soon. Then I get about 8 e-mails telling me there's a problem. I call back and they tell me everything's okay. A few weeks later, I get an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled. In my last phone call, they even told me the $50 in credit I had left was actually $0. I was speechless and I didn't know how they expected me to react to that. I can't believe how difficult it was to spend $104. But shouldn't count my chickens, yet. I might get another one of their e-mails telling me how thankful they are of my interest in Apple products but that there is a problem with my order. I've never had to deal with Apple customer service before, but is it usually this horrendous? After the $100 store credit, I only needed to pay $4.84 on my card-ridiculous.
