My iMessage does not work ever since upgraded to Sur on my Macbook Pro. Every message says "not delivered." I contacted APple support, did all the BS reinstall they asked for and at the end they said oh downgrade to catalina or go to a THIRD PARTY MOM AND POP to fix the issue.

I said well my Time Machine doesn't back up anymore either, it is stuck on "preparing" for 1 hour. He says well take it to the third party store.

SO basically if I don't keep spending $$ to buy a NEW Mac Product then I can't get any Apple customer support?
