Hi guys,
I am medical doctor, trying to sync my blood pressure results that are sent from the Omron connect app (Omron machines are blood pressure monitors) to Apple health, and subsequently from Apple Health to Qardio app (which works as an online platform to evaluate patients). All the sync buttons/modes in all apps are enabled as required. There are no problem with the first step, means sharing the data from Omron app to Apple health, as I can see all the numbers in there. The problem starts with sharing the data from Apple health to Qardio app, which are linked in settings as well. They do not show up in there. Weird thing is that if you put blood pressure value manually in apple health, it shows up in the Qardio app. To sum it up, despite you see blood pressure values from different sources in Apple health, only manually typed values are sent to Qardio app.
Of note, this syncing perfectly works with my friend in different country, but doesnt work with me. I tried also different Iphone with same result.
Please, do you have any idea how to solve the problem?
