For Heart Month, Apple Watch owners can earn an award by completing a 30 minute workout to fill their Exercise ring on Wednesday, February 14, which is Valentine's Day.

This Valentine's day, it's all about heart. Close your Exercise ring on February 14 to get this award.
As with all of Apple's Activity Challenges, the Heart Month challenge will be accompanied by three awards that can be viewed in the Fitness app as well as a series of animated stickers that can be used in the Messages app.

Challenge accepted!

Honestly, the AW is a pretty life changing device for me - closing those rings each day is such a great mind trick that gets me exercising, I just really appreciate it. And collecting the badges makes me feel like I did when I was a cub scout back in the day...!

These are so boring. Apple should improve these badges . It’s always the same boring stuff.

Kinda cool I guess! Gamification doesn't really do anything for me, but the designs are nice.

another ill researched article by Macrumors.
is this Activity Challenge available in all countries?
or, only within the USA? or including Canada maybe?

Wait... is it completing a 30 min workout, or just closing the ring? is it a typo.. or...?

as it has been for many years now.
@jclo - any idea whaT happened to the Unity challenge this year?

I have no idea! Sorry I'm not more helpful on this one. I guess they decided to only do the band? Last year there was an issue with the way that one was programmed and everyone got it on day 1, so not sure if that had something to do with it.

Again poor reporting. It is for closing your ring. The author probably has their set to 30 and has no idea others may have something else.

I guess Apple trims special challenge down to only "health/ fitness" related challenges? But the Lunar year challenge was fun, I started collecting these signs and they just got pulled this year. Come on.....

I never saw this come up and I don’t see my February challenge. Has this happened to anyone else? Last challenge I had was January.

I have and completed my Heart challenge. But now that you mentioned it (and I just checked) I also don’t see my February challenge.

Is it possible that I already failed my February challenge (whatever it was) and it just isn’t showing up for me anymore (because it’s impossible for me to complete with the remaining days I have in February)? Is that how it works?

I wonder what my February challenge was. I’ve been going fairly-hard this month. So it’s hard to imagine that (with all the exercises I’ve done in February) that I somehow didn’t do enough, lol. But maybe. No idea.

I also don’t see a completed January challenge. But it could be because I simply failed the January challenge (whatever it was — I don’t remember). My last completed challenge was in December.
