I am new to Mac and recently bought a MacPro. Whenever I try to access help on the Apple Help Centre, every topic I choose is always unavailable.
All I get is the same page advising topic unavailable, check your networks settings etc.
I don't have any netwrok problems. When I contacted Apple Support they sort of said maybe they are having a problem, but surely if there was a problem many more people would be contacting them.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I use Nortons Internet Security as well, but I'm not having any issues with other sites.

Please help, i need to learn more about my Mac.

Hi Russ-NewToMac. Welcome to the MacRumors Forums.

Please see these instructions from the Apple Support Communities. The process outlined in the first reply there has solved the same problem with Help viewer for me in the past. If you need more help, please post again. I'm sure someone here can get this figured out for you.

Good luck.
