Hi, has anyone heard if there will be any special holiday promotions from Apple? I'm looking to drop a couple thousand on a macbook pro and was hoping for some extra goodies (e.g. itouch or like!). Thanks!

The only time(s) I can remember them offering an iPod touch with the purchase of a new Mac is the Back to School promotion that happens every summer-ish.
Back To School promotion usually starts in May or early June (though it depends on where you live, that's for US). On Black Friday, even Apple drops the prices by a hundred or so, maybe you should buy then?

Apple does a Black Friday thing every year. Limited items and smallish discounts. On a MBP, maybe save $100-$200 tops. They won't announce the offers early.
