Apple Hot Spot Logo?

Has anyone else ever seen this logo before? It appears on a Mobility promotional page for the UK Apple Store:

Does it suggest that Apple are getting into providing public hot spots themselves?

Is there a licensing program available to use this logo?

Perhaps it's for businesses that use Apple's AirPort or AirPort Extreme base stations to provide their wireless service.
