Apple HW Test HD error 1303

Hello friends,

I own iMac 27 mid 2010. one month after I got my machine i took my machine to apple and replaced the original Seagate HD with samsung f3 drive.
today i run the HW test and got this error:
4mot/4/40000003: hdd-1303

ut us a bad drive? or because of the replacement of the original drive i got this error?

Edit: Read all comments, as I suspect RAM problems and not HDD problems.
