Hi all,
i have been having an issue with the mac app store since doing a clean install of Mavericks on my iMac. It has to do with accepting iPhoto and iMovie. I have contacted Apple and after a bunch of things we tried, we can't get the accept button for those two apps to go aways (even though i do have them installed now thanks to some redemption codes given to me by an Applecare rep). So, Apple's current attempt at fixing this is putting my Apple/itunes account in troubleshooting mode. So, i now have a temp password and they are supposed to be working on the issue.
My question is has anyone else had their account in troubleshooting mode?
if so, what was the estimated time it was in that mode till resolution?
and finally, did it resolve your issue?
