I'm signed into my Mac and iPad with different Apple IDs, and I'd like to switch my Mac over to the ID I'm using with my iPad. Is there a guide or procedure for backing up/transferring one's data on a Mac before this type of change? There are a lot of iCloud data items to address, but the main ones I'm concerned about are contacts, reminders, notes, and photos. I could manually copy the first 3 categories into text documents and then re-create them, but that seems like a lot of work. For photos, I'm guessing I will need to export all of my photos (from the Photos app) and then re-import them after the change. I would appreciate any advice or shortcuts.

BTW, I'm using a 2019 16" MBPro running Catalina.
