hi, how can I change my primary email address? It ends with @live, but it seems that it doesn't exist anymore. I don't know how this could be possible, but it's true. Is there a way I could change it to @icloud?

Apple will not permit @icloud or @me or @mac as the primary email or Apple ID. Has to be a 3rd party account.

But people who create an Apple ID starting from their device use @icloud as their primary email address!!
However thank you I will consider to create a new Apple ID!

Not sure what you're talking about, unless my Apple ID info was grandfathered in somehow. My primary email address is ...@me.com.

If you create an AppleID on a iDevice you can create an @icloud account. But you cannot change an AppleID to an @icloud account.
