ok so me and my dad are trying to setup an apple id for my grandma that just got an ipad today. but everytime we go to log into the account that we have made it says something like you need to review and summarize your account. we click summarize and it just loads forever and and then says something like can't log into or can't access the itunes store. has anybody had this problem and if so have you fixed it??? me and my dad have been at it for like an hour now trying to log in changed passwords and tried to make a new account but didn't work because email was already in use.

Edit: im trying to log into her account on my laptop and this is what im talking about. plus we have added her info onto her account.
EDIT 2: never mind found out that the servers are down
