Apple ID name change - but not changing?

I changed my Apple ID name from my mom's (whose billing info was being used) to mine. Before there wasn't this option but now that I did, some things still show my mom's name...

I log into icloud.com and it still says Hi (Mom). I use Photostream with my friend and it still says my mom's name.

Anyone know how to fix this?
