Apple ID Password Question

When I go to the Apple Store App to check the status of my order, it always asks me for my Apple ID password. Is there a way to save it? Will I have this issue with the 6? Thanks

You will always have to enter your Apple id to do things like that.
Purchasing apps, settings up icloud, checking and making changes to orders placed. Get used to it.
And no it cannot be saved. Has to be entered manually.

Not in the Apple Store app, the user who said Touch ID was probably thinking or the App Store.

The Apple Store app requires your passcode for security reasons and so no one can just cancel or alter your order.
