Apple ID Password required after updating Mojave

Hi

I need help understanding why a certain user on our mac always has to enter their password after every OSX update, we have 3 users on our mac all with separate apple IDs.

Every time I update OSX this same user always has to re-enter their apple ID password at the part where you log in again for the first time and it says setting up mac.

Just seems odd that myself and the other user never has to.
