Apple ID photo changed on its own

I recently noticed my Apple ID photo on my iPhone had change to my Facebook photo, which is a photo not even on my phone. On all my other devices the photo is the one that I selected and synced through all devices, which had been the photo for years. All are logged in with the same ID just wondering why only the iPhone changed and why to my Facebook profile photo.
 
Inconsistent Apple ID photo has been an issue on my devices for years. I gave up trying to fix that long time ago.

Never seen an Apple ID photo changed to the one of any of my social network profile pictures. Try contact Apple Support to see if they can provide any clue.
