Apple ID problem when I switch between Ventura and Monterey

I have installed Ventura on an external SSD and Monterey on the internal SSD of my Mac Studio. No issues so far, except one.
Every time I switch between Ventura and Monterey I have to re-enter my password and use the two-factor identification for my Apple ID. Is there someone who can solve this problem?
