Is there a way to use my Apple ID on iTunes without using a Credit Card?
I can't make a new one because my current one is already verified with my Gmail account, and I don't need to create another one.

Use gift vouchers.

Click on the Redeem button in the quick links box and enter the voucher number, a drop down box appears and asks for your apple id and password.
Any balance is credited to your account and deducted when you make a purchase.

I think the balance from a gift voucher is valid for two years, although with itunes and the app store you gotta be pretty self controlled to make it last two weeks...........

Other option is to try to "purchase" something that's free, and it will allow you to setup the iTunes account without any billing information. Just means you won't be able to buy anything, only download free stuff, but it won't stop you from using gift cards later either.
