Just started using Catalina (10.15.7) on an MBP. The system is left on, but it often spends time locked from the screensaver. Several times now when I log back in I find that there's a complaint in the System Preferences window on the Apple ID icon. When I click on that, I'm led through the series of dialog boxes shown in the attached image. There's a long pause (15-20 seconds) between the third and fourth boxes. And another long pause after I enter my Mac password (which I did reluctantly), and then things appear to go back to OK.

Why does this keep repeating itself over and over when all that's happened is that the screensaver locked the user login for a while? All I have in iCloud is contacts, calendar, and FindMyMac.
