I am a relatively new newbie but my friend who inherited my old iphone4 is even more so.
At the moment she has not setup a phone package.
She is using wifi in her home, adding contacts, learning about some of apps.
We tried to download a free game from apps store and were instructed to create an Apple ID. We filled in all the fields as required but seems not to work.
Going back into apps and select game again, message requests Apple ID... We entered it but was not accepted.
How can we tell what Apple ID was entered?
if she made mistake Entering Apple ID...
Can she delete the Apple ID to be able to enter a correct one.
How do we get message sent to the alternate email to get info on account set up?
