Hello. I have a 2008 iMac and my daughter has a 2012 Macbook Pro.

We share an apple ID. I want to clear my computer and delete all the tracks she has on the iTunes on my computer but will that affect the songs on her computer?

No not at all. Just go to iTunes on your Mac and in the Store menu reauthorize your Mac, then delete the songs in iTunes.
