I've been looking for an Apple II emulator for the iPad for a while now with no success. I would love to be able to play some old classic games like Castle Wolfenstein, loderunner, Empire I: World Builders etc. All I've found so far is a frotz app to play some text games like Zork. Do they make an emulator or is there any way to play them on my iPad? Thanks for any replies.

The App Store has an iPad version of the original Wolfenstein 3D with all levels of all 6 episodes. The touch screen controls take some practice to gain proficiency, compared to using a mouse.

Wolfenstein 2d for Apple ii was the first game that had a real time feel to it. The enemies would burst in and scare the $&!! out of the player. You would need a joystick to play it properly on an emulator, however.
