Looking to buy my first imac and have seen the above model numbers.
I can't see the difference other than the mb323 is around £150 less.
Is it an old model and if so what differences would i find.
Thankyou

MB323 has a 20" screen and a 2.4GHz processor depending on extension, but MB325 has a 24" screen and a 2.8GHz processor. Hope that helps, my sources are the Apple online store and a quick Google search.

Though the price difference is nearly £350...Unless you meant MB323 and MB324, which do have about a £150 price difference in which case...

The 324 has 2GB of RAM as standard, compared to 1GB in the 323. The processor is slightly quicker at 2.66GHz.

Other than that, as a rule of thumb, the more you pay the better GPU/HDD you get and so on.

Hi, thank, sorry to be so dim.
I have misread the product information.
The description says
"
"The glossy 24" widescreen display, only available with the MB325, is perfect for enjoying photos and video in all their vivid colors. To make the most of its huge 24" display, and boosting graphics performance, the Apple iMac MB323 comes with an ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO Graphics Card"
So it first says mb325 then mb323, i take it the description is for both the 20 and 24" and you need to read to see which applies to which model!
Memo to self................ read descriptions properly!
Anyway this will be my first mac, is it a good buy? i have a price (UK)
of £976-00 delivered.
Thanks.
