I just went to check out the DoveBid auction for Napster (http://www.dovebid.com/Auctions/AuctionDetail.asp?auctionID=1618) and it seems Apple are having another clearance auction.
What disturbed me though was the column on the right hand side titled "Related Sales", listing Apple Inc, Enron Corporation Etc
You'd think those guys would be able to make some sort of definition between receivership sales and run of the mill spring cleaning type clearances.
