Apple Increases Beatsx Price on the Sly

Hello everyone. Just happened to check on the Beats store that the Beats x price has gone up from £120 to £169, making it £10 more expensive than the Airpods.

Any thoughts as to why? My guess is the price increased so that the Airpods would seem like a cheaper alternative.

Still $150 in the US on both Beats and Apple's websites. Highly doubtful that will be changed so close to release.

There is a price difference if you shop via the beats site but on the Apple store there priced as per picture
