Most adjustments were slight: iPad trade-in values increased by up to $35, with pre-owned iPad Pro models gaining the most value. The latest trade-in values are listed below:
  • iPad Pro: Up to $555 (vs. $520)
  • iPad Air: Up to $275 (vs. $270)
  • iPad: Up to $190 (vs. $185)
  • iPad mini: Up to $215 (vs. $210)
The full list of trade-in values, including those for Macs, iPhones, and Android smartphones, can be found on Apple's trade-in website.

Got $260 for an iPad mini 6th gen 64gb from Best Buy a week ago but I see it’s down to about $210 now too.

With eBay’s ludicrous fees and “the buyer is always right” BS, it was the smoothest option.

This wasn’t mentioned earlier—I’m not sure if Apple made a change, but I didn’t notice it either until recently—the boosted values only apply when using the credit for an immediate purchase of an eligible device. This is from the bottom of the page:

* Get extra trade-in credit when you trade in an eligible iPad and purchase a new eligible Apple device through January 15, 2025. Additional terms from Apple or Apple’s trade-in partners may apply.
