Apple Intelligence does not show up in Notes on work computer now, it did when I first upgraded to 15.2

Hello, I want to use Apple Intelligence in Notes on my work computer so that my writing is the best it can be. Once I downloaded 15.2 on my MBP 2021 14-inch, Apple Intelligence was included in Notes. Then a day or two later it was gone and after restarting my computer and Notes, I can't get it back. Anyone else have this issue?
