Basically a Smart Cover that also protects the back and sides of the iPad. It also can be engraved.

WTF? I completely missed that in the WWDC keynote. I literally just got the Incipio feather that goes with the smart cover, although I got matching black with a leather smart cover, so I'm happy with what I got.
