1. I'm guessing yes.
2. As of right now, no.
3. New Customers 199/299 (w/ 2year contract).
Current Customers, somewhere in the 500-700 range I'm guessing (without extending contract).

2. You must sign a contract and activate in store at time of purchase.
3. The subsidized prices for the phone are $199 and $299. No word yet on whether there is an unsubsidized price or what it might be.
