Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A306 Safari/6531.22.7)

I need more coffee after reading this. :D

4.5 inch screen? I'm down for that if the screen took the entire space of the front bezel. Although if they make the overall phone any bigger I'd be pissed.

No kidding! If I wanted a giant phone that was uncomfortable to hold and too big to fit nicely in a pocket i'd get a droid.

only 10mp camera?

i was thinking like 15mp with removable lenses.....

Sounds like a great phone to me. I'd love an iPhone with a bigger screen. I used a 4.3 inch screen on a phone for awhile and it was a nice experience--and I did NOT have a problem getting into and out of my pocket.

I'd also go one further though and say that I'd like a more refreshed UI on the iPhone. Android is gaining paritally because we're stuck with the same boring application grid with no widgets or customization. What if I don't want 16 applications on my home screen?

That's why Apple sold more iPhone 4's in three days than all the combined Android phones sell in a month.

Sorry the real name is IPHONE ELITE I believe

Motorola has X, HTc has Evo, Verizon has Plus, Iphone has "Elite"

That's why Apple sold more iPhone 4's in three days than all the combined Android phones sell in a month.

I'm not talking about iPhone sales numbers. How come every time someone suggests a possible improvement to the iPhone and a comparison to competitors someone like you jumps out and says some version of "but the iPhone is more popular!!!".

I don't disagree that Apple's UI could use a refresh. The neat thing is that it's possible iOS 5 might just do that, especially since Apple has Rich Dellinger back. I've used both Android and iOS and I still think iOS has more end-user polish than Android. The customizability of Android is nice, that's undeniable, but I don't think Android will be peer to peer competitive until Gingerbread comes out. So far, Android OS updates seem to be based on refinement of previous versions with added usability. I think Gingerbread will introduce some very competitive innovations and polish and should make the platform much more polished. Also, you don't need 16 Apps on your home screen- create some folders and clean up your clutter.

One last comment- Android is doing well right now BECAUSE it has carriers introducing multiple handsets powered by Android OS. The problem with that is that it isn't consistent with versions- 1.5, 1.6, 2.1, 2.2.
