Apple iPhone Bluetooth Headset DISCONTINUED?

I just called my local Apple Store to see if they had in stock the iPhone Bluetooth Headset (they were out of stock last week).

They guy told me they are being discontinued.

Does anyone know if a new model is on the horizon? Or, do you think Apple is getting out of that market?

Having owned it and quite a few other Bluetooth headsets, it pretty piss poor in comparison unfortunately. Its the only headset i've ever owned that would not stay in my ear no matter what I tried to do to keep it in there. Reception was mediocre to boot.

I wouldn't be surprised if its discontinued.

thats too bad, I like my little Apple BT. Battery life sucks though.
