Where do I contact them? I want to manually send a message for them. I've done it before, I just can't find the stupid link.

I don't know how to find the serial number for this kind...I don't have the box or anything anymore either.

You are talking about the earbuds came with an iPhone, right? Then it's part of the product, so type in your iPhone's S/N see what they say. If you have an Apple Store in reasonable distance, they often swap you with new one on the spot.

Why aren't you going to the Apple store (assuming one is within reasonable distance)? When a pair committed suicide, the employee swapped out a new pair.

I've had mine replaced at least 6 times since I got my first gen phone. I've always just taken them to the Apple store, said they're broken again, and they take them away, check them, and bring out a new pair. I like the stock earbuds, but they are kind of a hassle.
