I just purchased an official Apple brand iPhone stereo headset. It worked for MAYBE a month. now only the left side works. This is just unacceptable for a product made by APPLE. sure... I listen to my music at max volume, but only when I work out. it's not like i'm always blasting music. I still have the box and all the paperwork that came with it. does anyone know the warranty for this product and how I can exchange it?

Actually, this is pretty run-of-the mill Apple Headphone behavior really.
Take it into an Apple store and see what they say. They'll probably just give you a new pair.
