Apple iPhone upgrade program eligibility question

Hey everyone
on the Apple site, if you are an existing iPhone Upgrade Program member, you can see whether or not you are eligible to upgrade on Day 1.

I ran my IMEI/Serial through the checker, and recieved this message. By my understanding, I have another 44.91 to pay off, which I can do in store on launch day.

Would I be understanding that correctly?
