Now that Apple has delayed the iPhone X release about 2 months, how will they compensate those who are eligible to upgrade on September of 2018?
Issue 1
I now will be paying an extra 2 months minimum towards the old iPhone 7 Plus vs that payment going on the X.
Issue 2
If we're lucky enough to even get the phone on November 3rd, our new upgrade date is now Nov 2018.
So will Apple allow us to only pay 10 months of payments in 2018 or will they make us pay an extra 2 months of payment so we can upgrade to the iPhone X Plus?
I think they should allow us to upgrade after 10 months and not having to pay an extra 2 months just to be eligible to upgrade due to the delay on their part.
This is from the Apple's website:
You can upgrade anytime after six months, as long as you’ve made the equivalent of at least 12 payments. If you have to pay an additional amount to meet your 12 payments, you can do it when you upgrade.
